The registration fee for attending the Institute at Mooloolaba includes the cost of accommodation at the Mantra Mooloolaba, breakfasts, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas (except for Thursday 25/8 which will include breakfast, morning tea, and a light lunch at the conclusion of the Institute), the Welcome Reception and the Institute Dinner.
Registration for the Institute will open on Sunday 21 August 2022 at 2.00pm, the program will commence promptly at 3.00pm. The Institute will conclude at 12.30pm on Thursday 25 August 2022. Registration includes accommodation from Sunday evening 21 August through to Wednesday 25 August 2022 (4 nights). Should you require extra accommodation outside these dates, please contact the Mantra and quote ACODE for the rate.
Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 10 days prior to the event. An administration fee of $440 will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 9 days prior to the event. Conference notes will be sent to paid delegates who cancel in the non-refund penalty period. Substitutions can be made at anytime before the event without penalty.
Attendees of ACODE events are reminded that ACODE accepts no responsibility for personal injury or damage to or loss of equipment whilst at the event.
